Due to the spread of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) we are taking precautionary measures to protect our staff, whilst in the meantime, continuing to serve our policyholders.

 

We are taking the following steps to keep ourselves and the public safe:

  • Wherever possible, we are avoiding face-to-face meetings and instead are offering meetings “online” or by phone. Any meetings that do continue, on a face-to-face basis, will avoid physical contact such as handshakes.

  • We have facilities to enable all staff to work remotely and have adopted home-working where possible with immediate effect.

  • All international trips are being avoided.

  • Our offices are undergoing regular deep cleaning and hygiene reminders are clearly visible within our offices and communicated to staff regularly.

  • Staff are being asked to follow government advice should they feel unwell or show any symptoms of COVID-19.

  • We are working closely with our third-party supply chain, who are adopting similar measures, to ensure our services are maintained.

Our Business Continuity Committee are regularly monitoring the situation and although we do not currently foresee any significant impact on our services, we will ensure to keep you informed if the situation changes. We are taking all reasonable precautions to ensure ARAG can continue to provide the service our customers expect.
